  1. Course Access and Usage: By enrolling in any Edusec course, users are granted non-transferable, limited access to the course materials solely for personal educational use. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.
  2. Certification Eligibility: Users must complete all required modules, assessments, and any practical lab work associated with a course to be eligible for certification. Edusec reserves the right to withhold certifications if course completion criteria are not met.
  3. Payment and Refund Policy: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase if the user has not accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period or content usage, no refunds will be issued.
  4. Content Ownership: All course materials, videos, and resources provided by Edusec remain the intellectual property of Info Security Solution. Users may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any course material without prior written consent from Edusec or Info Security Solution.
  5. User Conduct: Users are expected to engage in the learning process respectfully and ethically. Any misuse of the platform, such as sharing login details, disrupting learning environments, or inappropriate behavior in discussion forums, may result in account suspension or termination.
  6. Modifications to Courses and Terms: Edusec reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, and these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
